Love the colours, love the visitor counters, and love the translation functionality! It takes effort to run a website in two languages. Did you do it in two languages right away, or did you add English later?

The translation function is set to two languages from the beginning. I was actually thinking of creating separate pages for Japanese and English, but I gave up on that idea because it would have been too much work to edit and update.
